Mr. Reed was an Account Executive for McCormick in Baltimore, Maryland before gaining employment in state government investigations. Mr. Reed began his investigative career as a Criminal Investigator for the Ohio Attorney General Environmental / Organized Crime Section. Mr. Reed then transferred to the Ohio Department of Health. As a criminal investigator with the Ohio Department of Health, Mr. Reed conducted investigations into long-term care abuse, neglect, and misappropriations. Mr. Reed averaged over 100 cases per year, and is considered an expert in issues of long-term care abuse, neglect, and noncompliance. Mr. Reed has been called as an expert witness in numerous administrative and criminal proceedings. Mr. Reed lectures on topics of investigating abuse and neglect in long-term care facilities. Mr. Reed was an Auxiliary Deputy with the Madison County Sheriff's Office.

Donald E. Dixon,  National Director of Marketing/Account Manager

Donald Dixon is a Former Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Ameritech. His responsibilities focused on the development of new Business in the Northeastern quadrant of the United States. Mr. Dixon was previously National Sales and Marketing Manager for Mitsubishi Electric, a Division of the Mitsubishi Corporation. Mr. Dixon has his own Technology Company, and provides Consulting and Education on Business Development. Mr. Dixon has a Graduate degree in Business Administration form Central Michigan University.
